BIOGRAPHY

Liz DeYoe is a guitarist, composer and teacher living in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota. She is known for blending fingerstyle, jazz and classical techniques in her solo compositions. Liz is currently endorsed by the Canadian acoustic guitar builder House Guitars , is the guitarist in The Foxgloves  and is a private instructor for Fretboard Biology. She has gained recognition through video demos showcasing the guitar collection of the high-end guitar store Paramount Guitars. She released her first full length album The Fool’s Journey: Major Arcana Part 1 on 1/6/2023 featuring compositions inspired by tarot cards.

In 2014 she earned her Associate’s Degree in Music Occupations from Milwaukee Area Technical College and in 2016 she graduated Summa Cum Laude from McNally Smith College of Music in St.Paul, MN with a Bachelor of Music in Guitar Performance.
